"Dave has been affiliated with our 13 unit condo association for over 10+ years. Our Ocean property requires a dedicated and knowledgeable Home Watch Service provider, especially during extreme New England storms. Dave’s services include checking individual units and overall security and well-being of our association. These checks include security and operational well-being of our grounds and utilities (heating, flooding and snow removal, etc,). His notable efforts include discovering a major roof leak which included a temporary patch and installing a vapor barrier to prevent further damage to the units below. Keeping a watchful eye on the temperature controlled basements where most of the major utilities are stored (hot water tanks, electrical panel, heaters and dehumidifiers and plumbing). Dave’s local knowledge has allowed us to use competent local contractors to address any issues. He is an integral part of our association and will be for years to come."

We have been beyond delighted with the Home Watch Services Dave has provided this Fall and Winter Season. We had very positive experience with his handyman services in recent years, so when he informed us of his new services, we were happy to have the opportunity. It included a thorough face to face review of our property prior to the home visits. Each visit includes a full report (including photos) of the exterior and interior of the house, giving us peace of mind. He discovered a mouse problem and actually met with the pest services on our behalf which resolved the issue.
The April storm in which we lost power for 4 full days could have been catastrophic. Dave brought his own generator so the pump could have power and checked the status multiple times per day, preventing a loss of our electric panel and heating system. When our pump failed, he researched options for replacement and recommended a solution, purchased the new pump, installed it which improved the output and recommended purchase of a new generator for our ongoing usage. We talked multiple times each day of the outage as he kept us informed.
